The paper machine in Papellera del Centro Navalcarnero will be dismantled and transferred to India for company Balkrishna. The scope of works consists in the PM itself and part of stock preparation. The main challenges of the project will be the dismantling of the Yankee Cylinder. It will be descended in the basement of the building. We have to dig a hole of about 1.20 meters in the ground. The bottom of the hole will be leveled with a 20 cm concrete slab.Afterwards the Yankee will be moved out sideways through the wall opening.
The second task is the lifting of the fiber pulper. It is about 20 meter long and 3.5 meter high. We will build a special stand for it and will be lifted with two cranes. For both Yankee and Pulper we have ordere two flat rack trailers.
