Project: Voreppe Pulp Mill Dismantling
Detailed planning of dismantling process is the only right way to get the successful completion of the project. By flotation cells, which are a part of deinking stage, this planning process is especially important.
Flotation cells, produced by Voith, in the deinking process are the most important part, in which the printing ink and stickies are separated from the pulp by using the air. This part of machine is fragile, and must be cut and lifted very careful to avoid the distortion of cells.
In former Voreppe Pulp Mill, two deinking flotation cells were taking parts in the process – they are 4,5 metres wide and almost 26 metres long!
Thank to our engineers’ full engagement in technical planning on the factory Site in Voreppe, Margiz know very well how to do this task in the best way.
