Dismantling in Madrid Spain comes to an end

Project: Paper machine dismantling - Papelera del Centro Navalcarnero, Spain
This week, the company Margiz, dismantled a 45-ton Yankee. This cylinder was on the first floor of factory building and could not be removed through the roof. For this reason, a special hydraulic jack scaffold was transported from Germany to Spain. Furthermore, in the basement area of the building we must excavate the floor 1.20 meters so that we reached a height of 4.50 m. This measure was needed to bring the cylinder through the doors. These fully described work has taken a period of six days to complete. The work was done for our customers satisfactory. Also we have dismantled this week a pulper outside this factory with a weight of 35 t. The length is 19 m and diameter of 3.50 m. Both parts, the Yankee Cylinder and the Helical Pulper are to be loaded and shipped Tuesday the 28th August 2012 to India. Here we show you some pictures of this work...
